Our Year In Review: 2025
2025 is coming to a close, and while we’re excited for the opportunities and announcements coming in 2026, we want to take a moment to reflect on this year’s achievements and challenges.

We reached new highs for our central metrics: 800+, 10,000+, and 77+. We have provided our innovative solutions to over 800 clinical trials at more than 10,000 global sites across 77 countries. That’s growth in every metric over 2024.
Our life sciences sector client base has also grown throughout 2025 to include 5 new major clients. We are excited to continue providing service excellence to some of the world’s largest CROs, Sponsors, and pharmaceutical companies, and look forward to further strengthening these relationships in 2026.
To accommodate our new, larger workload, we have expanded our team. We welcomed our newest team member, Holly, to our artworking team in September. Team members Ewan and Amy also moved into new roles this year as Lead Artworker and Account Manager.
As our team grows, our commitment to being people-centred remains strong. We’ve enjoyed focusing on team morale and collaboration through a new monthly game day & team lunch initiative.
We’ve also seen fantastic teamwork through the completion of our yearly charity initiatives. In July, the docs24 team walked a combined 577 miles to raise funds for Alzheimer’s Society. Throughout November, our team worked together to collect items for a nearby food bank, Community One Stop Shop, to help fill the pantries of local families this holiday season.
Our commitment to sustainability remains strong as we continue to assemble our next report. Our sustainability committee has continued to meet with our carbon auditing partner, Carbon Happy World, to further shape our environmental, social, and governance (ESG) goals as we work towards net zero.
We are incredibly proud of our team’s accomplishments and hard work throughout 2025. We have overcome challenges and celebrated successes throughout the year, and look forward to all that 2026 will bring.
A NOTE FROM THE CEO
The year 2025 has given us our first full year at our office in the Gyle area of Edinburgh and the spare desks we had at the beginning are starting to fill up. We have improved technology and software to help with our growth in clients and studies. Our team have, again, been outstanding and faced challenges and opportunities head-on, with enthusiasm and a complete desire to achieve outstanding solutions for our clients.
We have welcomed new vendors across the globe, and they have helped us achieve some amazing growth during 2025. We will continue to develop this network in the coming year to allow for further expected growth.
Thank you to our colleagues, vendors, investors, and most importantly, our clients, for allowing us the opportunity to be part of an incredible ecosystem. We are proud to play a small part in helping get much-needed drugs to market, making all of us healthier in the years to come.
