Specifications

docs24 supplies customers with a specification form that answers all the questions we need to put together an estimate for budgeting. These details can still change if needed, and you'll get a detailed cost estimate to raise a purchase order and get your project going.

Purchase Order

Customers can raise a PO for all or part of their study. docs24’s unique 'Print to Order' service ensures the latest version is supplied to sites and no costly, time-consuming reprints are required. We only invoice for what you have ordered.

File Transfer

Customers collect all their necessary files and transfer them to us via WeTransfer. docs24 then artworks them and sends proofs for customer approval.

Proofs

Customers receive a link to their proofs for approval. Our global network of vendors means your files are produced to order, so there's no margin for error or documents ending up in the wrong place.

Approval

Once approved, your files are ready to start sending to site. We'll only print when a site order is requested on approved files, cutting down on any unnecessary re-prints and waste.

Standing Files & Alterations

All files are safely stored and ready for the next site order. If alterations to files are needed, customers can send us their list of alterations and we will amend proofs for your approval. docs24 maintains a fully comprehensive log of all changes and a set of previous versions for review and audit purposes.
